El objetivo de este artículo es aportar al estudio sobre el vínculo entre la Educación Técnica Profesional y el mundo del trabajo en el sector industrial, particularmente de la trama productiva automotriz. Centrado en la Secundaria Técnica, en particular la especialidad Electromecánica, el artículo parte de la perspectiva teórica crítica latinoamericana del vínculo educación-trabajo para la interiorización y reflexión del mundo del trabajo y la formación para el trabajo vinculado a la industria. De este modo la búsqueda, recopilación y sistematización de antecedentes pertinentes, fuentes y datos concentro los esfuerzos realizados. El artículo se propone, en síntesis, promover una mayor comprensión de los vínculos entre educación y trabajo partiendo de la caracterización de la modalidad técnicaprofesional y el mercado de trabajo de la trama automotriz a principios de siglo veintiuno en América Latina.  

The objective of this article is to contribute to the study on the link between Professional Technical Education and the world of work in the industrial sector, particularly the automotive productive network. Focused on Technical Secondary, in particular the Electromechanical specialty, the internalization and reflection of the world of work and training for work linked to the plot, the search, collection and systematization of relevant information, sources and data concentrate the efforts made. The article proposes, in synthesis, to promote a greater understanding of the links between education and work, starting from the characterization of the technical-professional modality and the labor market of the automotive plot at the beginning of the twenty-first century in Latin America.
