La formación y desarrollo de la personalidad de las nuevas generaciones constituye una prioridad en nuestro Sistema de Educación. Sin embargo, constituye una problemática actual la existencia de insuficiencias en la relación familia-escuela-comunidad que dificulta la adecuada formación de la personalidad. De ahí el presente artículo que se plantea como objetivo: Reflexionar sobre algunos aspectos esenciales en torno a la relación escuela-familia-comunidad y su papel en la formación de la personalidad de las nuevas generaciones visto desde la orientación educativa. Para el cumplimiento del mismo en la presente investigación se emplearon métodos de investigación científica, del nivel teórico, empíricos y estadísticos descriptivos. La propuesta fue sometida al criterio de especialistas que reconocen la importancia de esta a partir de que ella permite de manera teórica y metodológica mediante la secuencia de los talleres de orientación dar tratamiento y posibles respuestas a las insuficiencias detectadas.

The formation and development of the personality of the new generations is a priority in our Education System. However, the existence of inadequacies in the family-school-community relationship that hinders the proper formation of personality is a current problem. Hence the present article that aims to: Reflect on some essential aspects around the school-family-community relationship and its role in the formation of the personality of the new generations seen from the educational orientation. For the fulfillment of the same in the present investigation methods of scientific research, of the theoretical level, empirical and descriptive statistics were used. The proposal was submitted to the criteria of specialists who recognize the importance of this since it allows, in a theoretical and methodological way, through the sequence of the orientation workshops to give treatment and possible responses to the deficiencies detected.
