En el presente trabajo se desarrollan dos aspectos. En primer término, el deslumbramiento por la escritura de Sarmiento y en ella la potencia, muchas veces desmesurada, de aquél que constantemente coteja su cosmovisión con la testarudez de lo real. La intención es hacer un recorrido por aquellos que escribieron sobre Sarmiento en distintos ámbitos en Argentina.

En las conclusiones se observa que Sarmiento sigue vivo en los albores del siglo XXI, en la vigencia de su prosa y sus inquietudes intelectuales.

In this paper two aspects are Developer. In the first place, the importance Sarmiento’s writings and the potency of it, when constantly compared with reality. It intends to make a review of those who have written about Sarmiento in different fields in Argentina.

In the conclusions, it is observed that Sarmiento still lives in the beginnings of the 21st Century, in the prevalence of his prose and his intellectual researches.
