| RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se estudian las posibilidades que Internet ofrece a la comunicación empresarial. En concreto, se analizan las potencialidades del medio en la comunicación del producto, comunicación interna y comunicación corporativa. Por otra parte se realiza un estudio empírico sobre el uso de las webs corporativas en empresas regionales y se comparan estos resultados con otro estudio empírico desarrollado a nivel internacional por IBM (2005). |

| ABSTRACT: This paper explores the possibilities that the enterprises find in The Internet in order to manage their communications programmes. The study considers all the communication perspectives: communication of products, internal communication and corporative communication. On the other hand the investigation makes an empirical approach to corporative webs in regional enterprises, showing a comparative vision with the results of an international study in the same way (IBM 2005). |
